Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period

Each calendar month is a separate drawing, running from 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the 1st to 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month.

4. How to enter

Complete the form at amifroyo.com/giveaway. Limit one entry per person and per email address per month. Entries made with bots, scripts or multiple email addresses are void.

5. Bonus entries

During the entry period you may upload one original photo that features AMI FroYo & Açaí (for example a bowl, the toppings bar, our storefront or our sign) for 3 bonus entries. No purchase is needed to take a qualifying photo. Photos must be your own and appropriate for all ages, and they're reviewed before being shown. Photos that don't meet these rules don't earn bonus entries.

6. Prize

One winner per month receives: Free FroYo for a month: one free self-serve froyo or açaí bowl per day for 30 consecutive days, redeemable in store. Approximate retail value: $300. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and can't be substituted except by the Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

7. Drawing and odds

The winner is chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries (each entrant counts once, plus any bonus entries), held on or about the 1st of the following month. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification

The winner is contacted at the email or phone number they entered and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be drawn. The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on Instagram @amifroyoacai. Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this giveaway.

9. Publicity and photos

Where permitted by law, the winner agrees the Sponsor may use their first name, last initial and prize in promotions without further payment. By uploading a photo you confirm you own it and allow the Sponsor to show it with your first name on amifroyo.com and the Sponsor's social media.

10. Privacy

Information collected is used as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. General conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent entries or entries that break these rules, and may modify or cancel the promotion if it can't run as planned. The Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries or technical failures. These rules are governed by Florida law.

12. Winner's name

To request the name of a monthly winner, write to the Sponsor's address within 60 days after that month's drawing.
