Who we are
Anna Maria Island Frozen Yogurt & Açaí, 5604B Marina Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217. Questions? Call (941) 213-9777 or write to us at the address above.
What we collect
- Giveaway entries: first name, email, optional phone, how you heard about us, an optional photo, your consent choices and the entry date.
- Review page: the staff code in the link, your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used to count review-card taps and to stop duplicate or automated counts.
- Technical data: standard information in our hosting provider's server logs (like IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site. To prevent spam and abuse, we also keep a one-way hashed version of your IP address for a few days.
- Location: only if you tap "Use my location." It's used in your browser to estimate distance and we don't store it. If you open directions, it's sent to Google Maps.
How we use it
To run the giveaway, send you a confirmation email when you enter, choose and contact winners, show approved photos with your first name (with your permission), and send marketing emails or texts only if you opt in.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information. We use service providers for hosting, database and file storage, Google (maps and fonts), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (spam and bot protection).
Retention
Giveaway entries are kept for up to 12 months after the drawing they were entered in, then deleted. Approved photos may stay on the site until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, reply STOP to texts, or contact us to see, correct or delete your information or to remove your photo.
Children
The site isn't directed to children under 13, and the giveaway is only for adults 18+.
Do Not Track
We don't track visitors across other websites, and the site doesn't respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no website or storage system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
